The entire top floor is yours. Glass opens to the water, La Tournette rises behind, and the old town lies two minutes away on foot. Roche Bobois furnished these rooms; the carpenters who fit out the Patek Philippe boutiques built them. What remains is quiet, considered, and unmistakably Annecy.

By air. Geneva Airport is forty minutes by car. Lyon-Saint-Exupery is an hour and a half.
By train. A direct TGV from Paris takes three hours forty-five, and regional rail from Geneva an hour and ten, both into Annecy station, then a twelve-minute walk along the lake.
By bus. FlixBus and Ouibus run direct from Geneva in about an hour and from Lyon in two, to the bus station beside the railway station.
By car. Forty minutes from Geneva on the A41, an hour and a half from Lyon.
Parking. Two private spaces on site, one with an electric charger.
How many guests does the penthouse sleep? Up to six. Babies under two are welcome in addition, and travel cots can be arranged before you arrive.
What are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 11am, both flexible on request.
Is there a minimum stay? Three nights for most of the year, and seven nights in July and August.
How do I get the best rate? Book directly through Cocoonr. Availability is synchronised across every platform, and booking direct removes the intermediary.
Pets. Regrettably not. Given the joinery and finishes throughout the apartment we are unable to welcome them, and we hope you understand.
Smoking. Not permitted inside the apartment. The terrace is open to guests who smoke.
Events. The penthouse is a private residence and is not available for parties or events.

Lola attends to every stay from arrival to departure: restaurant tables, private chefs, ski passes, and the boat you did not know you wanted. One message, and it is handled.
What guests say.
The lake fills every window from the sofa. We stopped drawing the blinds at night simply to wake up to it.
We walked to the old town for every meal, and to Pont des Amours most evenings. Two minutes, exactly as promised.
Lola had the fridge stocked and a table booked before we landed. We simply arrived and unpacked.
You notice it within ten minutes: the drawers, the door gaps, the grain running through an entire wall. Nothing else rents like this.
Semnoz was twenty-five minutes each way. Back at the apartment we were in the lake by mid-afternoon. Hard to beat in March.
Top floor, nobody above and nobody across the hall. The first holiday in years where no one woke the children.
Better value than the platforms, and we had a real person to text when the cot needed setting up.
We ate every dinner outside with La Tournette turning pink behind the glasses. It seats eight without crowding.
They undersell the ceiling height and the light. By nine in the morning the whole apartment is lit from the lake.
August in the Alps can be hot. This was the one place we stayed that remained properly cool.
We timed it. Palais de l'Ile in under three minutes from the front door, market included.
Board games in the lounge, paddleboards off the jetty, croissants from the bakery downstairs. The easiest family week we have had.
Expensive, and worth it. The kind of place that makes the rest of your rentals look ordinary.
We landed at six and were swimming by seven. Genuinely that close, and worlds away from the airport.
